Use Instruction:

2. Open the 3D movie/games in your phone, and then put your phone in the phone panel, remember to keep your cellphone in the middle of the VR helmet to avoid blurred image or eyes tiredness.
3. Adjust the object/focus distance after wearing until you fine a clear watching image, we suggest focus adjusting one eye firstly and then another.
4. Also, the eyes take some times to get used to it after wore on, slightly adjust the headband and the place to keep the VR on your face will help in finding a nice view.
